Hi, I’m Laura!
I grew up in a small village in Latvia called Jaunpiebalga, where I learned to stay grounded and connected to nature. My passion for movement and self-improvement led me to earn my first-degree black belt in Taekwondo, which taught me the importance of balance, recovery, and self-care—values I bring into my massage therapy practice.
When I’m not helping people feel their best, I love hiking, and one of my proudest moments was summiting Mount Whitney, the highest peak in California.
I believe massage therapy is more than just relaxation—it’s a way to take charge of your health, reconnect with your body, and live pain-free.
